● If a Soldier of a Particular Rank is serving in peace area on the Other Hand, A Soldier of a rank just junior to him is serving in field areas like siachen etc will get equal to or more than his senior because of his extra allowances which he gets on serving in harsh/field/extremely dangerous/high altitude areas.
