SSB- Services Selection Board.

1. It is an organization that evaluates to become an Indian interviewee.

2.An officer using standardized protocols of the board system.

3.This organization seems to be in view of what the candidate’s personality is like, his intelligence and how much knowledge he has, constitutes intelligence and literacy.

4.Tests are both in the form of practical work based and written.

5.There are a total of 13 service selection boards in India, of which four boards are for the Indian Army, 5 boards for the Indian Navy and four boards for the Indian Air Force.

6.An SSB consists of a panel of evaluators of candidates, officers in the Indian Armed Forces and their expertise as Psychologists, GTOs (Group Task Officers) and Interview Officers.

The SSB is based on an evaluation process of 5 days.

7.SSB is an exam that is evaluated for 5-6 days, in order to pass, a candidate must be fit both mentally and physically and with complete confidence and knowledge in it.

1.यह एक ऐसा संगठन है जो भारतीय साक्षात्कार बनने के लिए मूल्यांकन करता है।

2.बोर्ड प्रणाली के मानकीकृत प्रोटोकॉल का इस्तेमाल कर एक अधिकारी।

3.यह संघठन इन बातों को मद्देनजर लगता है कि उम्मीदवार का व्यक्तित्व कैसा है उसकी बुद्धिमता कैसी है और उसके पास कितनी नॉलेज है बुद्धि परिक्षड और साक्षरता का गठन करता है।

4.परीक्षण दोनों प्रकार से होते हैं जैसे व्यवहारिक कार्य आधारित और लिखित।

5.भारत में कुल 13 सेवा चयन बोर्ड है जिसमें से चार बोर्ड भारतीय सेना के लिए, 5 बोर्ड भारतीय नौसेना के लिए और चार बोर्ड भारतीय वायु सेना के लिए है।

6.एक एसएसबी में उम्मीवारों के मूल्यांकनकर्ताओं के पैनल शामिल हैं, जो भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों में अधिकारी हैं और मनोवैज्ञानिक, जीटीओ (ग्रुप टास्क ऑफिसर) और साक्षात्कार अधिकारी के रूप में अपनी विशेषज्ञता रखते हैं। 

एसएसबी 5 दिनों की एक मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया पर आधारित है।

7.एसएसबी एक ऐसी परीक्षा है जिसे इसमें 5-6 दिनो का मूल्यांकन होता है,जिसे पास करने के लिए उम्मीदवार को मेंटली और फिजिकली दोनों तरह से फिट होना चाहिए और इसी के साथ उसमें कॉन्फिडेंस और नॉलेज पूर्ण रूप से होनी चाहिए।
