What is the first thing that comes to mind when you see a person from the Indian Armed Forces?

When we see a person from Army, Our respect for him automatically comes out from Our heart.

Firstly, we look at their Shoulder/Sleeves, to know their Rank.

2 Stars Means Lieutenant.

3 Stars Means Captain.

Ashok I.e Major,

Stars And Ashok I.e Colonel.

This means this soldier is a Military Police Soldier.

This Major is from MARATHA Light Infantry Regiment.

This man is from RR(Rashtriya Rifles), beware of them because they are the one who works as a travel Agent for Terrorist If you know what I mean.

Then we look at the different medals and Badges they have earned…

In the above pic, It’s Maj Gaurav Chaudhary, he’s president’s bodyguard. He’s a Para SF Officer, He has earned maroon Beret, Balidan Badge, FreeFall combat divers badge etc.

We also have so many soldiers and officers who went to do specialized training and courses in other countries.

He is wearing a Ranger tab. He successfully finished and completed the difficult and grueling 61 day US Army Ranger Course.**

We also look at their berets, Which are of Different colours Wiz,

1. Maroon for Commandos,
2. Green for Infantry,
3. Blue for ASC, AMC, EME, SIGNALS, etc. ,
4. Black for NSG Commandos and Armoured Regiment..

But more than that, the uniform they wear is something that steals the Show.
